Service Description
Thrive Package Bringing your baby home is beautiful, and often exhausting. These packages give you the rest, reassurance, and extra hands you need so you can focus on bonding and healing. The Thrive Packages offers calm, consistent overnight support and guidance throughout your first month postpartum, giving you space to rest, recover, and bond with baby. What's Included? - Infant Care - Feeding Support - Sleep Support - Laundry, Dishes, and General Tidying - Supporting the birthing person and family unit as a whole - Phone and text support during business hours for the entirety of your contract - Access to my Perinatal Resource Hub which includes evidence-based information, a local support directory, client worksheets, checklists, and other client-only bonuses - A complementary six week session of Wellness Classes - Access to a lending library of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, grief and loss, and parenting books - Personalized wellness calls with me as your social worker, providing guidance and practical tools that are tailored to your family’s needs 64 Hours of Care $2,500
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling All services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Services are not confirmed, and calendar space is not held, until a signed contract and the required non-refundable deposit are received. Brittany the Doula reserves the right to limit the number of clients accepted per month to ensure safe, attentive, and high-quality care. Payments, Fees & Refunds All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of contract signing. Birth doula services must be paid in full no later than thirty-seven (37) weeks gestation. Postpartum daytime support is subject to HST; overnight support is not subject to HST. Postpartum clients must use all booked hours within three (3) months of the baby’s birth date. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refund eligibility, timelines, and exclusions are outlined within the service contract and form part of this agreement. Cancellations & No-Shows Clients are asked to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling services whenever reasonably possible. Brittany the Doula understands that emergencies occur and will respond with care and flexibility when appropriate. Repeated no-shows may result in additional boundaries, including termination of services without refund of the retainer.
