Service Description
Flourish Package Bringing your baby home is beautiful, and often exhausting. These packages give you the rest, reassurance, and extra hands you need so you can focus on bonding and healing. The Flourish Package offers a blend of overnight and daytime care so you’re supported through long nights and busy days. Find your rhythm and routine without stress or overwhelm. What's Included? - Infant Care - Feeding Support - Sleep Support - Laundry, Dishes, and General Tidying - Supporting the birthing person and family unit as a whole - Phone and text support during business hours for the entirety of your contract - A complementary six week session of Wellness Classes - Access to a lending library of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, grief and loss, and parenting books - Personalized wellness calls with me as your social worker, providing guidance and practical tools that are tailored to your family’s needs 96 Hours of Night Support & 8 Hours of Daytime Support $4,000 **Please Note: If booking services online, please select your preferred start date on the booking calendar and click next.**
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Care Policies All services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Services are not confirmed and calendar space is not held until a signed service agreement and the required non-refundable deposit are received. Brittany the Doula reserves the right to limit the number of clients accepted per month to ensure high-quality care. All services are non-medical in nature and provide emotional, informational, and practical support only. Brittany the Doula does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical care. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the client and their care provider. Payments & Refunds A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and can be sent to payments@brittanythedoula.com Birth doula services must be paid in full by thirty-seven (37) weeks gestation. Birth support and daytime postpartum support are subject to HST; overnight postpartum support is not. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refund eligibility is outlined in the service agreement. Postpartum clients must use all booked hours within three (3) months of the baby’s birth unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Birth Support Birth support includes an on-call period as outlined in the service agreement. Services are not guaranteed for births occurring outside of this window. Hospital policies, provider decisions, and unforeseen circumstances may impact in-person support and are outside of my control. In rare cases such as illness, emergency, or overlapping labours, a trusted backup doula may attend as outlined in the service agreement. Postpartum Support Postpartum support is non-medical and may include emotional support, newborn education, feeding support within scope, and light household assistance related to recovery. Services do not include medical care, deep cleaning, or childcare beyond the scope of doula support. Cancellations & Safety A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Emergencies will always be met with care and flexibility when appropriate. Repeated no-shows or safety concerns may result in termination of services without refund. A safe and respectful working environment is required. Full terms, conditions, and scope of services are outlined in the service agreement, which forms part of this booking.
